MedAccess360 Foundation (MA360) is a pharmacy-led health extension organization that bridge the gap between patients and existing healthcare providers. Established in 2025, we extend care beyond clinic and pharmacy walls through community-based, home-centered, and technology-enabled services across Zimbabwe.

We coordinate medicines, diagnostics, clinical services, and follow-up care to ensure continous, affordable, and people-centered healthcare for underserved communities.

MA360 delivers integrated health extension services that complement not replace pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals, strengthening continuity of care where the health system tradionally end.

We extend healthcare into communities and homse by:

• Positioning pharmacists as coordinators of continuous care

• Linking medicines, diagnostics, clinical services, and follow-up

• Leveraging telehealth, digital tools, and mobile outreach models

• Improving affordability through health bundles, micro-insurance, solidarity funds, and subsidised or free care for vulnerable populations
  

Our model prioritises non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, youth and adolescent wellness, mental health, nutrition, and preventive care.

• Long distances to health facilities and limited mobility

These challenges disproportionately affect people living with chronic conditions, pregnant women, the elderly, youth, and underserved populations.
